- Proficient in Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
- Knowledgeable in Virtualization, VDI solutions, collaboration platforms, and endpoint security devices.
- Familiarity with NAS, SAN, and quota management.
- Analyze RFP documents and prepare documentation as per requirements.
- Technically responsible for independently managing and controlling projects.
